At the Demka Trade facility, the production process begins with the careful selection of poplar logs, which are converted into precise veneer sheets through rotary peeling. This is followed by optimal drying, sorting, and moisture control, ensuring that each layer meets strict quality and stability requirements.
Plywood is manufactured by cross-laminating veneer sheets (each layer positioned at an angle to the previous one), which guarantees maximum dimensional stability, flatness, and resistance to warping. Low-emission (E1) adhesive is applied evenly, and final pressing under high pressure produces a strong, homogeneous panel ready for a wide range of applications.
LVL panels (Laminated Veneer Lumber) differ in that all veneer layers are aligned parallel, with the grain running in the same direction. This structure provides exceptional load-bearing capacity, flexibility, and suitability for demanding constructions where high strength and reliability are required.
